- Redesigned the factory network for ~230 staff and 60+ devices: dual-WAN load-balancing + failover, a structured /24 IP plan, and WireGuard / Tailscale remote access.
- Established the factory's information security program under the automotive AISC framework (24 domains, 150+ documents) with ISO/IEC 27001 as an internal baseline, authored IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 quality procedures, and delivered company-wide cybersecurity awareness training.
- Automated IT operations with n8n: backup and infrastructure health monitoring, AI-powered email triage, and monthly compliance reports filed into QMS documents after one-click human approval.
- Cut recurring IT costs 45,200฿/year by self-hosting open-source replacements (OpenMediaVault, Wazuh + Defender), and automated daily ops for 50 workstations with PowerShell + RMM into centralized dashboards.
- Thesis: NFC Deck Tracker — a Flutter mobile app for real-time trading card game deck management using NFC tags, built on Clean Architecture with Firebase backend.
On-Premise Virtualization Cluster
The company had no servers, no budget, and one IT person. Two repurposed desktops became a Proxmox VE + PBS cluster running 7+ virtualized services — NAS, reverse proxy, DNS filtering, VPN, automation, and the app server hosting the ERP and Rotjana — with automated nightly backups and near-99% uptime.
Factory Network Redesign
A flat network on a single line served 230 people — one outage stopped everything. The redesign brought dual-WAN load balancing with automatic failover, a structured /24 plan separating office, production, and server zones, and WireGuard / Tailscale tunnels for remote access.
Security & AI Automation Program
Compliance and monitoring don't scale to a one-person team by hand. A 24-domain security framework under the automotive AISC standard (ISO/IEC 27001 as internal baseline), Wazuh + Defender on every endpoint, and n8n workflows that watch backups and infrastructure, triage email with Claude, and file monthly compliance reports into QMS registers — a human approves every write.
